Having Problems?

As people suggest problems, I will post solutions here.

1. No images show when I click on the pictures

I expect this to be a common problem for lots of people, with the problems of security more and more people are setting the security within internet explorer to high. Unfortunately this stops some of the facilities that are needed for the dancercise pages to work. Rather than reducing your security you can make the dancercise site a trusted site.

From the pull down menu bar at the top in Internet Explorer select "tools" and then "Internet Options..."

On the panel that appears click on the "Security" tab.

You should now have the panel shown below

Now click on the Green circle with the tick mark

and then the button on the right labelled "Sites..."

You should now have the next panel shown.

You might have to click on the radio button labelled "Require server verification..." if it is ticked.

Type in "www.dancercise.co.uk" or select from the list when it appears. Then choose the "Add" button.

Either of the option shown in my panel below are valid. Now click the "OK" button.

You should now be able to use the dancercise site fully.

To quickly check. Goto the Razzmatazz pictures page and click on the button

"Change to HIGH Resolution Pictures" it should change to "Change to LOW Resolution Pictures"
